The Villa is split into 3 apartments, we live in the lower ground floor apartment that looks toward the back of the property.

The middle apartment sleeps up to 6 is just above ground level and looks over the main garden at the side of the property, it is reached from the drive by a short flight of steps.

The top apartment sleeps up to 5 and also looks over the main garden and is reached by a flight of steps at the side of the middle apartment.

The main garden has sun loungers for guests use and it leads to a decked area by the pool. This is the access to the pool and is fenced and gated so younger children cannot accidentally walk into the pool.

Beyond the pool area are the grape vines, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable garden. At the bottom of the garden are our family of chickens who provide fresh eggs throughout the year. Angela makes preserves, chutneys and sauces with the produce from our garden that along with our wine is available for guests to purchase.

The property is some 2400 sq. mtrs. and is completly fenced and accessed through remote controlled gates to the road outside, guest will have their own remote controls for the gates during their stay. At the rear of the property there is a large parking area along with covered parking for 2 guest cars to keep cars out of the sun in the hotter months.

To the side of the pool is our outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ for guests use, we also do BBQs for guests during the summer months. We also have a large pizza oven where Mick attempts to make pizza for guests.

We have a WiFi internet connection and also internet access for guests to check email and onward reservations.
